This cursor can be used on any blog or web page where you have access to the HTML codes. To use the cursor, copy the codes from the HTML/CSS box and paste them into the body of your HTML document.
To use this cursor as a mouse pointer on your Windows PC first download the cursor file using the "download cursor" button. Save the file to an appropriate location on your computer.
To install the cursor go to start and open the control panel. In control panel choose either large or small icons to see all available options. Choose mouse.
Once the Mouse dialog box opens, choose the pointers tab and you will see the default pointers that appear for each function in Windows. Hilight the cursor you would like to customize and click on the browse button. Navigate to the cursor file that you saved to your computer, select it and click "open." Then click the "apply" button and your custom cursor will appear in place of the default one.
